Process: Before ordering, initial contact must be made via Facebook or contact form to determine the cost classification and feasibility. Orders without initial contact will be cancelled.
The conversion of the graphic or the creation of new special graphics is required in order to order your own/new graphics in the shop.

After completing the order, the graphic will be sent by email.

Data protection: After completion of the work, we delete all data promptly. Created graphics are stored for up to 6 months. The data is backed up on a German server.
